1. Agreement and scope
By accessing or using a Lifehear service, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Some products, promotions, regions, or features may have additional terms. If those additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for that subject.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly update details that change. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Product information and availability
We work to present product descriptions, images, compatibility, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Displays and regional configurations can vary, and minor differences that do not materially change function may occur. Features can differ by model, software version, source device, location, and service availability. Review the current product page and support documentation before purchase and use.
4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for lawful reasons, including availability, suspected fraud, pricing error, or delivery restrictions. A charge or confirmation does not prevent a lawful cancellation followed by a refund. You authorize the stated purchase amount, applicable tax, shipping, and disclosed fees using your selected payment method. You represent that you are authorized to use that method.
5. Shipping, delivery, and risk
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, weather, inventory, incorrect addresses, or events outside reasonable control. Title and risk transfer as required by applicable law and the terms shown at checkout. Inspect a delivery promptly and contact support about loss, visible damage, or missing items.
6. Returns, refunds, and warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by the policy shown for your purchase and applicable consumer law. Eligibility may depend on timing, condition, proof of purchase, region, and product type. Any limited product warranty is separate from these Terms and does not reduce non-waivable statutory rights. Unauthorized modification, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear may fall outside warranty coverage.
7. Responsible product use
Follow product instructions, use a comfortable volume, take breaks, and keep important environmental sounds audible when circumstances require. Lifehear consumer products are not certified hearing protection unless a specific product expressly says otherwise. Lifehear products and wellness content are not medical devices or medical advice. Stop use when appropriate and seek qualified assistance for health, hearing, safety, or persistent discomfort concerns.
8. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not misuse accounts, forms, content, APIs, security features, or communication channels, and do not interfere with another person's access or rights. We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including limiting features, suspending access, preserving evidence, or contacting authorities when legally required.
9. Intellectual property
Lifehear services, marks, product designs, text, images, software, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended personal or internal business purpose. Do not copy, sell, publicly distribute, reverse engineer, remove rights notices, or create derivative uses except where permission is expressly granted or applicable law does not allow that restriction.
10. Third-party services and links
A Lifehear service may interoperate with or link to third-party devices, apps, payment providers, carriers, or websites. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, availability, or conduct, though this does not limit responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services and digital content are provided on an 'as available' basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular wellness outcome, or compatibility not stated in current documentation. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
12. Changes, termination, and governing terms
We may update services and these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and the updated date will be shown here. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated violation, legal requirement, security risk, or discontinued service.
